This actually works great! I normally sleep really bad and wake up sweating and hot. The first few nights using this I woke up cold. I'm usually very skeptical of items like this but this works amazing!!!

I love this lightweight blanket it's been especially great for the hot weather. When I get under the blanket flipped to the cold side it feels like a huge ice pack. I will be recommending this cooling blanket to others.

I have been searching for just the right light summer blanket to use without a top sheet. I've bought and returned two others before finding this one. It's exactly what I was looking for. It's has a cool feel with a great drape across the body.
